Today, I’m sharing what I usually bring to the party, a themed green salad. This one is my Harvest Green Salad. Double it for a crowd and easily swap out ingredients for your personal favorites. For example, swap bok choy for swiss chard. Easy.
TOOLS: Food processor or blender.
MAKE AHEAD TIP: Shred/slice/dice salad the day before and store loosely in a plastic bag with a dry paper towel. Make the dressing the day or night before, store in fridge.
